OUTLOOK INSPECTION, DESIGN AND BUILD QUALITY
At first sight of the laptop, what you will think is a silver-white color laptop, it has a black variant but I prefer the silver-white color variant. This is a 14-inch laptop. The weight of this laptop is 3.31 lbs which means that it is a portable laptop, it is 3.31 lbs which means that it is not a big deal to carry. It uses a premium CNC-milled aluminum alloy. The built quality of this laptop is truly amazing. If you look at the top of the laptop, you will see that it is written in the corner of the laptop, Asus Republic of Gamers and you will see a light like a zebra crossing on the center. As soon as you open the laptop, the first thing you will notice is the power button of the laptop, the power button looks like a bomb button, and just below it is the keyboard. And there are two speakers on either side of the board. Next, we see the touchpad is from the bottom of the keyboard to the edge of the laptop and it is covered with a glass, it is very smooth. There are some IO ports on the right and left sides of the laptop. The back of this laptop has Zephyrus written on it, the three dots below it are the notification light, and just below that are the fans, the fans look very premium. This laptop does not take any fingerprints.
The laptop weighs 3.31 lbs and is very smooth. Opens easily with one hand.Opens with one hand without any issues. There is no flexing in the laptop but the keyboard has a little bit of flex and also has some flex in the display. However, this is really a strong build.
Overall, this laptop looks so premium, this design looks great and the build quality of this laptop is really worth appreciating.

The display of this laptop is really amazing. Really not much to say about the display of the laptop because this display is just wow. We utilize the Datacolor SpyderX Elite monitor calibration sensor and below is what we get sRGB – 100%, Adobe RGB-94, and DCI-P3-100% (From Tested) (Note: Here 100% is the best. And closer to 100% is better). The response time of the display of this laptop is 0.2 mm which is very fast. The screen-to-body ratio of this laptop is 87.3%. The brightness of this laptop is 452 Nits (From Tested).
The panel of the Asus ROG Zephyrus G14 boasts VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification and an impressive 1,000,000:1 contrast ratio, resulting in vivid and immersive visuals where everything stands out brilliantly. Additionally, with its coverage of 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut, you can expect to experience a full spectrum of hues, ensuring visually stunning gameplay experiences.

KEYBOARD AND TOUCHPAD
This laptop uses an RGB backlit chiclet keyboard modeled as Backlit Chiclet Keyboard 1-Zone RGB. It illuminates the keys subtly without any annoying glare or light bleed. It’s a shame the G14 doesn’t allow you to customize individual keys, though, which would normally bring an extra dimension to gameplay, but you can sync RGB colors and effects to other Aura Sync devices using Asus’ Armory Crate app. I really like this laptop keyboard because this keyboard gives me clicky feedback. Asus has shown that such clicky feedback can be achieved with a chiclet keyboard as well.
This laptop has a layer of glass on top of the touchpad due to which this laptop touchpad is very smooth. I like the touchpad of this laptop. The click switch that this touchpad has seems to be relatively hard, if it was smooth, maybe a little better feedback would have been available, again this type of click feedback is liked by many and many may not like it, so it is a subjective matter. I like clicky feedback like this.

This laptop has two speakers on both the right and left sides, but Asus says there are three speakers, after getting two, I couldn’t find another one, maybe it’s under the skin or somewhere else. Then there is a part that we usually criticize, which is the surprising part, the sound of this laptop, you will be surprised, no doubt. Its sound is among the best of all the laptops we’ve tested so far. We didn’t notice any distortion in the dynamic range of sound separation even at 100% volume. In fact, the sound of this laptop is very special. Actually, such clear sound, such bass than the sound level, is not heard much on, the laptop it is very nice to hear it on the laptop. This is the best-rated speaker I’ve heard in this budget right now.
